Returns Policy

We are proud to offer all our customers a 3-month 'NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE'. This allows you to return anything, excluding any altered items, you have bought from Simon Templar within 3 months of the purchase date, for either a full refund or an exchange with a valid receipt or invoice. Please include your original invoice (or copy) with the package.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you send back via Royal Mail special delivery or a similar service that requires a signature.

We offer a full refund , exchange or gift card (excluding any shipping cost) on your order if you return back to us within 14 days of your receipt, or a an exchange within 28 days of your receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.

Cost of postage will only be refunded in the case of a faulty or damaged item upon receipt.

We will refund the card that the original order was placed on within 3 days of receipt of your return however the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer.

You will receive an email confirmation of the refund when it is processed.

Subject to availability you are welcome to exchange your purchase for a different size or another item. Please return the unwanted item as described above and send us an e-mail at Info@simontemplar.com

If you are exchanging for an item with a lesser value we will refund the difference. If you have chosen a higher value item then you will have to place a new order and we will refund your original purchase. When we send out your exchange there is no additional shipping charge.

All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

UK Returns
You will need to pay for the cost of returning the parcel. You will have to arrange a return to Brands International Ltd. Please mark the parcel 'Simon Templar Returns uk' with your order number. Please include your original invoice (or copy) with the package. Once we have received the goods back we aim to process all exchanges and refunds within 2 working days. If the reason for the return is due to an error made by Simon Templar, you will still need to pay for the cost of the return but we will be very happy once we have received the goods to refund you in full. We cannot accept any returned garments that have been altered.

 

Europe
You will need to pay for the cost of returning the parcel. You will have to arrange a return to Brands International Ltd. Please mark the parcel 'Simon Templar Returns euro' with your order number. Please include your original invoice (or copy) with the package. Once we have received the goods back we aim to process all exchanges and refunds within 5 working days. If the reason for the return is due to an error made by Simon Templar, you will still need to pay for the cost of the return but we will be very happy once we have received the goods to refund you in full. We cannot accept any returned garments that have been altered.

 

Rest of the World
You will need to write on the parcel 'RETURNED BRITISH GOODS - Simon Templar Returns world' and return the goods by Airmail only. You will need to pay for the cost of returning the parcel. If the reason for the return is due to an error made by Simon Templar, you will still need to pay for the cost of the return but we will be very happy once we have received the goods to refund you in full. Once we have received the goods back we aim to process all exchanges and refunds within 10 working days. We cannot accept any returned garments that have been altered.
